The session, chaired by Luigi Di Maio, Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, will provide the ministers with an opportunity to examine the state of human rights, democracy and the rule of law on the basis of the annual report by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Marija Pejčinović Burić.
