For the UN Secretary-General, the launch of a possible intermediate-range ballistic missile by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) is “a breach of the moratorium announced by the DPRK in 2018 on launches of this nature, and a clear violation of Security Council resolutions”.
